Like any retail outlet we are all human and from time to time errors will occur.
It is important that you contact us as soon as you have a problem, in order that we can sort things out quickly and efficiently.
Reasons for a return may include the following:
- Returning goods which you believe to be faulty.
- Returning goods which were wrongly supplied.
- Returning goods for warranty work.
You should contact us via email at info@playstar.pt BEFORE you send them back otherwise a handling charge may be applied.
Its also worth remembering that we do not operate a Try Before you buy policy. Once you have purchased your goods we are unlikely to accept them back into stock simply because you no longer have a use for them.
At the moment, delivery from our Web site is available to Worldwide addresses.
A packing until 2Kgs sent to European postcode is charged at 10 Euros. Delivery is usually by Airmail.
Heavier goods are usually charged at extra cost.
For orders from outside the European Union, please email your order.
We usually charge no more than 20 Euros for a packing until 2Kgs to anywhere in the world.
All returns have 7 days after received them. |
